1. Complete our easy online form

You must fill out the name, address and share structure of the new company, as well as the names and addresses of all the people involved. Don't worry if you don't have all the information, you can simply save it and complete it at another time!

2. Pay and submit application to ASIC

Review your application and when you've finished, making sure all the information you put in is correct. Then pay through our secure payment service, using either your VISA or MasterCard credit card.

Your application is then lodged to the ASIC regardless if it be a weekend or weekday, at noon or in the early hours of the morning.

3. Receive your certificate and company package

In a matter of minutes, ASIC will send us your ACN and certificate of registration. We then email your invoice and company package. The company package includes:

  • Director and Secretary consent forms
  • Applications for shares
  • Opening minutes
  • Share Certificates
  • Share registry
  • Blank Forms for future use
